Sara
The owner of Urban Beauty! A native of the beautiful Okanagan, she has 15 years of industry experience, including apprenticeships with Toni & Guy Salons, Jon Paul Holt, and Leo Teosico. She graduated at the top of her class from Blanche MacDonald, and has trained with Vidal Sassoon, ASP Affinage Salon Professional, Joico, Babe and Hot Heads Hair Extensions. Sara has also completed set training for Film and Television. She has a passion for hair, and the Okanagan, which led her to working the wedding circuit as both a mobile and in salon stylist for destination weddings. She has educated for ASP Affinage Salon Professional, and Xtreme Lashes Canada. Sara is a master colourist and cutting technician, and specializes in blonding, balayage, special occasion styling and colour corrections. Sara is not just a stylist but an athlete as well, she is an avid volleyball player, loves baseball, hiking, camping, and being outdoors.

Carolin
Carolin Biafore is from Berlin, Germany where she was raised and had her original training. With more than 20 years of experience in the hair industry, Carolin feeds her imagination through the appreciation for art, culture, fashion and nature. She makes it a point to attend ongoing education whenever possible to bring the latest techniques and newly acquired skills to her clients.Over the years Carolin has been involved in many aspects of the hair industry, including being a colour educator for L'Oreal Professional. She has attended training with some of the best hairdressers, including Rosalind Satar, Daniel Benoit, Trevor Sorbie, Anthony Mascolo, Toni and Guy, and Daniel Fiorio. Carolin has worked backstage at Vancouver fashion week, and attended Salon International in London, UK. When Carolin is not creating beautiful styles behind the chair, she loves being out in nature, either hiking, biking, surfing, playing hockey, and spending time with her teenage twin boys.

Jolibee
Born and raised in the Philippines, and her family chose to make Kelowna their home in 2013. An artist who enjoyed painting portraits as a hobby, decided to pour her creative energy into becoming a hairdresser. After completing her hairstyling course with honours, she was offered a position at Gini's Salon International, and she had the opportunity to refine her skills further with the owner and artistic director Rosalind Satar, a multi national award-winning hairdresser. With Rosalind's expertise, she worked alongside more experienced team members for the last 4 years. Focusing on education helped her deliver the best in every aspect of the industry. She welcomes both new and existing clients to the new space, under the name Jolie's Hair Studio!

Lindsay
Having spent 10 years in Vancouver learning and doing all things hair, Lindsay is happy to be back in her hometown of Kelowna spreading hair love. While she enjoys creating on both men and women's hair, she specializes in women's short hair, advanced blonding techniques, and dimensional colours. Lindsay knew she wanted to be a hairstylist by the age of three, when she snuck into her twin sister's crib and decided to cut her bangs.

Kallie
Kallie is born and raised in the Okanagan. She is a single mother to a little boy and is a lover of all things outdoors. Terann
Terann was raised in Utah where she became a licensed cosmetologist and Barber. Terann specializes in making everyone look their finest with her barbering skills and beard expertise. She has over 10 years of experience in the industry and an artistic flare that flows through her veins. As passionate as Terann is about hair, she is equally as passionate about people. She has the natural ability to make anyone feel at ease in her chair. Terann isn’t just a bad ass barber, she also loves to create beautiful color, and styles for women too.
Terann has made Kelowna her permanent home with her cutest pup ever Billie Jean. In her spare time she loves to dance, wake surf and draw.

Deanna
Deanna is a master stylist that came to Kelowna from Alberta 8 years ago! She has a love for making people feel beautiful through hair. Deanna appreciates the impact of a simple grey root touch up, or a full transformation to make you feel your best! Although she loves to do it all; lived-in dimensional colour, hair extensions and intense deep smoothing treatments are her favourite! Shelby C.
Shelby was born in Vancouver, BC, and raised in the Okanagan Valley, and a local industry professional since 2013. She attended MC College, in Kelowna, where she graduated at the top of her class. Shelby continues to attend industry workshops and classes to stay up-to-date with current trends and techniques. Specializing in both long and short hair, Shelby is a master stylist who loves blonde foiling, colour formulating, perms, precision cuts, braiding, updos, scalp care, and managing thick/textured hair. Her love for creating and connection is evident, while you are a guest in her chair. Outside of the salon, Shelby is inspired by the world around her, filling her time with family and friends, attending live music events, film photography and cinematography, tap dance and seeking other creative outlets.

Crystal is a talented hairstylist with five years of industry experience. Born and raised on the picturesque Vancouver Island, Crystal has also honed her craft in the bustling cities of Vancouver and Calgary. With a background rooted in the beauty and art world, she discovered her passion for hair, which turned into a loving career.
Crystal specializes in creating stunning blondes, dimensional lived-in colour, weft extensions, layered cuts, and vibrant non-traditional hues. With a passion for creativity and attention to detail, she specializes in blending, seamless blending, and extensions. Shelby loves the artistry of hair and takes pride in helping clients achieve their dream looks, while maintaining the health and integrity of their hair. When she's not in the salon, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and prioritizing her health and fitness.
